RETURN, EXCHANGE & WARRANTY POLICY — UNITED STATES

At Rabbits & Dragons, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Damaged or Defective Products Upon Delivery

If your order arrives damaged or defective due to shipping mishandling, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your package. To submit a claim, please contact us at contacto@rabbitsanddragons.com and provide:

• Your order number and purchase date
• Photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect
• Your contact information as registered at the time of purchase

Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for exchange under this provision.

2. Exchanges Are Not Accepted in the Following Cases

• The claim is submitted more than 24 hours after delivery
• The damage or defect is caused by misuse or improper application by the customer
• The product contains less than 90% of its original content due to customer use

3. Adverse Reaction Warranty

If you experience an adverse skin reaction after using one of our products — provided the product has not exceeded its expiration date — you may submit a warranty claim by contacting us at contacto@rabbitsanddragons.com with the following documentation:

• Medical reports, photographs, laboratory results, or other supporting evidence of the adverse reaction
• Your order number and contact information as registered at the time of purchase

Once your claim and documentation are reviewed, we will determine whether an exchange or refund is applicable in accordance with this policy.

4. Product Quality Warranty

If your product shows changes in its organoleptic properties — such as color, texture, or scent — or if the pump or spray mechanism fails to function properly after delivery, the following conditions apply:

• The product must contain at least 80% of its original content
• Documentary evidence of the defect must be provided
• The product must not be expired
• Your order information must be verifiable in our system

This warranty applies exclusively to the conditions described above and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or normal product wear.

5. No Returns for Change of Mind

As our products are personal care items, we do not accept returns based on personal preference or change of mind. If you have concerns about your results after consistent use as directed, please contact us at contacto@rabbitsanddragons.com and we will work with you to find the best solution.

6. Refunds

Rabbits & Dragons issues refunds via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after a claim is approved. We do not issue refunds in cash under any circumstances.

7. Unsolicited or Incorrect Orders

You are entitled to a full refund or exchange in the following cases:

• You received a product you did not order
• Your order was not delivered within the agreed or reasonable timeframe
• The product delivered does not match the description or characteristics stated on our website

8. Shipping Policy

We ship to the continental United States (49 states). Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from the date of shipment.

If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days of purchase, we will notify you and offer you the option to cancel for a full refund, in accordance with the FTC Mail Order Rule.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable federal or state consumer protection laws. If you have a dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us, you may contact the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at ftc.gov or your state's Attorney General office.
